- It can be taken with juice in a ratio of 2 parts Calphonite™ : 1 part Cod Liver Oil.
Recommended Dosage: 3 tablespoons daily
Directions: 1 tablespoon directly after each meal (three times daily). May be taken as it comes from the bottle, in water or milk, or as desired for dietary supplementation. To enhance calcium absorption, take with #15 Cod Liver Oil.
